The undersigned prospective tenant(s) (“the Client”) agree to participate in the Relocation Assistance Program offered by Hawaii Rentals LLC. and its Agents. The Undersigned(s) client(s) hereby engages Hawaii Rentals LLC. to act as a Broker on behalf of the undersigned(s) for the purpose of assisting in the location and leasing of a rental home (Single family home, townhouse, apartment, condominium etc...). The commission for relocation service is $400.00 and is non-refundable. This agreement terminates upon consummation of a lease agreement for tenancy by the client.
